SUCCESS THROUGH PEOPLE

- To handle the export sales from customer inquiries to shipment & after sales services

- To monitor and review sales of existing clients

- Maintain smooth daily operation of the office

- Support the entire office's administration and maintenance

-Perform effective and efficient HR functions, including manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment and selection process, training and development, performance management, employee relations, annual budget, and ad-hoc projects/ initiatives

- Ensure efficient and smooth day to day HR operation is in compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements

- Handle Senior Director & family's personal and household matters and secretarial support

- Responsible for organizing, scheduling and answer incoming calls and general enquiries

- Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper & company drivers
