To begin, we meet with you in your office in order to gather this information and assess the overall chemistry that will contribute a new employee’s success with your company.
Confidentiality
We consider all information received to be confidential and we use it only on your instructions to help in the assignments we handle for you.
Interviewing
We interview all our candidates in depth to determine their strengths, weakness, needs and aspirations.
Presentation
Submission of shortlist with most qualified candidates in the position. An individual report on each candidate is presented to client with full details.
Reference Checking
Checking the past working history of the candidates and verifying the facts given by the candidates enable us to evaluate their strengths, weakness and working attitudes. We are very thorough on reference check and that requires us to talk to their superiors as well as the colleagues.
Selection
After thoroughly screening and appraising candidates, a short list is prepared and reports on all candidates who meet the selection criteria are discussed with our client. Final interviews are arranged and on request, client interview facilities at our premises will be made available.
